While Black Friday 2011 will technically fall on November 25th, right after Thanksgiving weekend, as we've seen from the past months you can expect retailers to begin offering Black Friday deals starting October 28, essentially turning Black Friday into Black November.
And as we've also seen in the past, the best Black Friday deals are always available before Black Friday, with November 25th usually being the last day where retailers may further cut down prices of popular electronics if they are still in inventory.
So what can you expect from Black Friday 2011 this year? Last year, we saw HDTVs crash to unbelievably low prices. This year however it looks like some popular products may be on their way out and Black Friday will be the perfect farewell. Now we're not talking about the BlackBerry PlayBook although we're hoping to see it crash to $99 in November. We're instead talking about the Nintendo Wii.
Black Friday 2011 Prediction: Nintendo Wii only $99
With the Nintendo Wii U expected to roll out in 2012, all eyes are on the current Nintendo Wii stock to be cleared out. And the target price here is $99. We're keeping our fingers crossed folks.
